刘翠珍，心理学博士，主要运用行为实验结合脑成像技术的方法，针对健康人群和精神疾病群体探究其决策行为的心理和认知神经机制。

具体研究方向：

1.健康人群和精神疾病群体的社会行为决策和认知及其神经机制。具体研究情绪、预期、显著性线索等因素如何影响人们的合作、信任、公平等亲社会行为决策，为解释和预测个体行为提供理论依据 (详见代表性成果6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12)。

2.安慰剂效应的形成、泛化、消退及其调控。具体以疼痛知觉为切入点，探究安慰剂和反安慰剂效应的认知机制和意识的交互作用，以及安慰剂效应产生的神经递质假说，并进一步检验安慰剂效应的泛化机制和神经机制 (详见代表性成果1, 2, 5, 10)。

3.元认知（confidence and metacognition）及其预期的调控作用和计算神经机制 (博士论文）。

二、未来研究计划

  临床上一个普遍存在的现象就是精神疾病之间的共病性，传统的精神障碍划分和诊断标准一直以来受到科学家和临床医生的质疑。本人接下来几年会在已有的研究基础上，基于Research Domain Criteria (RDoC) 和The Hierarchical Taxonomy Of Psychopathology (HiTOP) 的研究框架，重点将决策神经科学应用到精神疾病群体的研究中，通过决策范式参数化地研究精神疾病的行为决策特征和神经机制。这类研究有助于从认知与决策行为上连续变化的角度重新审视不同疾病之间的异同点，为理解心理健康和疾病的本质提供新视角，为划分精神疾病提供理论依据，为治疗精神疾病提供行为和脑神经上的精细靶目标。
